Originally from California, I now live with my handsome husband in Montgomery, Alabama. I am passionate about Jesus, reading, writing, traveling to see God's beautiful creation, cosplaying with the love of my life, and tacos. I love rainy days, Lord of the Rings and Star Wars (equally), spending time with family and friends, and diving into God's word.

If you’re still reading, you’re likely my husband, parents, or forced family member/friend excited about the amazing things happening in my life - and I couldn’t agree more! This journey is for you, my dear prayer warriors.

After decades of will she or won’t she, I’ve come to the realization that my dreams can’t happen if I wait for someone else to do them. As some may know, Hollywood has taken far too many of my ideas, I won’t let anyone else take the rest of my stories (looking at you, Hallmark).

I’ve chosen the route of self-publishing because it’s a way for me to learn while also seeing if I have what it takes to be business savvy (read: it’s a struggle, but I’m still here). I guess I better go back to looking like a somewhat professional author website.

With decades of writing professionally as a film critic and content creator under my belt, my experience with working with children led the progression for my first book to be a children’s book. My upcoming debut novel, When the Mundane Becomes Miracles, will be out soon! I also write Christian science fiction and dystopian novels. Add some cozy Christmas stories and you’ll soon realize, I can’t be pinned down to one genre for too long.
